My Journey to Christ

My name is Kennedy Rosaschi.

As a child, I was adopted into the best family I could ever ask for. In fact, all my siblings are adopted. This shaped a lot of my viewpoints growing up. It was easy for me to understand how God had shaped our family. As I grew, I got to know my bio-mom better. It helped me to understand how someone I didn’t know could love me so much. My family is all very different people. Loving people for their differences is what brought us closer together, and continues to bring us together today.

I was born into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. From a young age, my parents instilled a love of God and of His words in me. As I grew up, I developed my own testimony of my Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, and their love for me. When I turned 19, I left school and work behind to share this love with the people of Texas and New Mexico for 18 months. After returning home in 2017, I have continued to be active in my faith, sharing the love of God with those around me.

My Life Today

A year after returning home, I married the love of my life. Shad has changed my life in so many ways, all for the best. We both grew up in small-town Nevada and now live in Cedar City, UT where I am completing my education. The move has been a bit of a culture shock to both of us, and being so far from home hasn’t been easy. But life rarely is. Together we work to follow God’s will for our lives to grow closer to Him. We aren’t perfect and don’t pretend to be. We know how hard life can be and how it can test your faith. But we also know that
through Christ all things are possible.
